The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the age of 88 years. Husband of the late Yolande (née Mayotte) Liard. Son of the late Xavier and the late Flavie (née Perrier) Liard. Loving father of Daniel (Estelle), Richard and Gaston (Suzanne). Predeceased by his siblings Emmanuel, Joseph, Aurèle (late Lucille), Albert, Lucie Goulard, Délia Ranger (late Hormidas) and Jeanne Vézina. Cherished grandfather of Julie, Mélanie, Alain, Benoit (Carrie), Justin and great-grandfather of Nicole, Jessica and Alexandre. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph St, Hanmer, Friday, February 21, 2020 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday after 10 a.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Paroisse St-Jacques, Hanmer. Prédécédé par ses frères et sœurs Emmanuel, Joseph, Aurèle (feue Lucille), Albert, Lucie Goulard, Délia Ranger (feu Hormidas) et Jeanne Vézina.
