Bratina, C. Patricia ""Patti

BRATINA, Patricia Cora (Patti) March 24, 1963 - February 13, 2020 It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Patti on February 13, 2020. Beloved wife, soulmate, and best friend of Richard and loving and devoted mother of Nicholas and Ryan (predeceased 2001), Patti treasured her family and embraced every moment she had with them. An exceptional cook, baker, and gardener, she had a genuine knack for making a house a home and was a welcoming hostess to all. Patti had a deep love for nature and took pleasure in family camping trips. Always a competitive spirit, Patti relished being victorious at playing cards. She was also a proud supporter of the Toronto Raptors and the Algonquin Hawks. Following a successful career, Patti happily retired in 2018 from Health Sciences North. Patti was predeceased by her parents Wilfrid and Terry Snow and Richard’s parents Nicholas and Anne Bratina. Cherished sister of Randy Snow (Elaine) and Debbie Snow (Judy Cramer). Special sister-in-law of Nancy Grbic (Milan predeceased), Angeline Prskalo (Vidak), Robert Bratina (Suzanne), Katherine Baldan (Paul), and Carolyn Hunt (Brian). Loving aunt and Teta to Michael Snow (Natalie Cheung), Diana Hoelke (Simon), Niki Duncan (Steve), Adrian Grbic (Kristina), Danijela Gveric (Tony), Mark Prskalo (Irena), Robert Bratina (Ali Piela), Meghan Chamberlain (Neil), Amy Mahy (Kevin), Mia Rheault (Calvin), Sophia Baldan, Dylan Hunt (Vanessa), Alison Hunt (Jean-François Renaud), and Matheus, Nina, Katarina, Niko, Oliver, Antea, Petra, Marek, Nolan, Maddyn, Caleb, Wesley, Jacob, and Charlie. Fondly remembered and loved by many cousins, friends, and neighbours. She will be deeply and sadly missed by her lifelong best friends Victoria (Tor) Creighton, Marilyn Gavrel, and Deanna Poulin. We will miss Patti’s infectious smile and she will be forever in our hearts. We offer our greatest and warmest gratitude to the dedicated, caring, and compassionate team of professionals at the Northeast Cancer Centre and Bayshore Home Health.
