Obituary

In Loving Memory of Janina Koscielniak 76 years Passed away on Tuesday, February 4th, 2020 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved wife of Adam Pawlak (predeceased in 1986) of Poland and Kazimierz Koscielniak (predeceased 2002) of Sudbury. Loving mother of Zbigniew (wife Roza) of Poland and Arkadiusz (wife Irena) of Poland. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Daniel (wife Angelika), Jonatan, Patrycja (fiancť Daniel), Eliasz and great grandchildren Nikola and Oskar. Dear daughter of Adam and Weronika Poprawa (both predeceased) of Poland. Dear sister of Lucyna (predeceased 2019) of Poland, Michal (predeceased 2019) of Poland and Maria of Poland. Janinaís biggest passion was sewing. She was also an incredible cook, enjoyed playing the card game Skip-Bo, solving crossword puzzles, dancing and listening to music. She worked for about 20 years at Sudbury Steam as a seamstress. Janina loved every minute of her job. In her spare time, she loved dedicating her time to St. Casimirís Church. Janina had a very special gift; she was able to become friends and engage in conversation with anyone and everyone of all ages. Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch St., Sudbury (Friends may call Thursday, February 13th, 2020 from 6-8pm with parish prayers at 7:30pm Thursday) Funeral Mass in St. Casimirís Church 210 Paris St., Sudbury Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations to St., Casimirís Church would be appreciated. For donations or messages of condolence, www.lougheed.org

It breaks my heart to think I will never have her incredible hug again, She gave the best hugs, with such love. I will forever miss you "Yanka" I feel honored to have known you :) :(

Iím so saddened by the passing of this beautiful soul. I was lucky enough to have worked with her for just over 2yrs. I loved to make her laugh and enjoyed talking with her. I have a couple of items she sewed for me and they will make a great memory of her every time I wear them. She will be missed.

To Ninas family and friends, I send you my deepest condolences. Heaven needed another angel. I had the privilege of working with this lovely Lady for 22 years. She brought so much joy into my life, she will be missed, and never forgotten. Rest In Peace Bless you always.

My deepest sympathy to you.. Nina was the most wonderful, beautiful woman and she will be missed by eberyone who knew her. I thank my lucky stars that I was one of the people that got to meet her and have her as a part of my life.

I am so sorry for the loss of this wonderful sweet woman , she had a way of making you smile every time you saw her . I had the chance of working with her and she was an amazing seamstress. Remember the wonderful memories of her and hold them tight , she will be missed 🌹
