RHÉAUME, Octave - (1932-2009) - The family announces with sorrow his death, Thursday, June 25, 2009, in Sturgeon Falls, at the age of 76 years. Son of the late Arthur Rhéaume (late Lyla Bradley) and of the late Cécile (née Labelle) Rhéaume. Loving husband of Colette (née Renaud) Rhéaume of Sturgeon Falls. Beloved father of Horace (Nicolle) of Azilda, Gary (Anita) of Moosonee, Timmy (Missy) of Verner, Lila Rifou (late Gaëtan “Buck“) and Tammy Rhéaume-Fortin (Gilles) both of Sturgeon Falls. Loving grandfather of Daniel, Lisa- Anne, Luc, Michel, Timmy, Angèle, Kimberley, Ryan, Philip and Stefani. Great grandfather of Matthew, Mikela, Anika, Maxine, Colton and Jah-liyah. Brother of Urgel Rhéaume (Inga) of Aliston, Cléo Beaudry (Monique) of Ottawa, Marielle Poulin (Arthur) of Azilda and Claire Laliberté (Roly) of Sudbury. Predeceased by his brother Vianney (late Claudette) and his sister Lorraine Poulin (late Roland). Octave was veteran of the Korean War. He was a member and past president of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 225, Sturgeon Falls. The family will receive friends at the THÉORET BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, Sturgeon Falls, Sunday June 28, 2009 from 2:00 till 4:00 and 7:00 till 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, June 29, 2009 at 11 a.m. in Sacré Coeur Church.
