Reid, S. Kelvin

In loving memory of Kelvin Scott Reid (born February 28th, 1954) who passed away November 10th, 2019 at the age of 65 after a two-year long battle with brain cancer. Beloved spouse of Beverly Boulrice. Loving Dad of Lisa (Donnie) of Brantford, Elizabeth (Ron) of Markham and Sarah of Brantford. Cherished grandfather of Taylor, Maddy, Hope, Hailey, Emily, Vada and Natalie; and great grandfather of Nirvanna. Dear son of Seldon and Jean Reid (both predeceased). Dearly loved brother of Ron Reid (June) of Brantford and Gary Reid (Robina) of Ottawa. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by extended family and many dear friends. Kelvin started his career in the private sector and then moved to the public sector, in the late 1970's, to work as a technician for the Ministry of Natural Resources & Forestry, where he managed public resources for over thirty years until his retirement in July 2013. Many thanks to the various organizations/agencies and their staff, as well as friends and family, who provided assistance, care and support during his illness. Donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated. There will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
