In Loving Memory of Hélène Gervais (1929-2019) Hélène passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Riverview Gardens in Chatham, Ontario on Friday, October 18th at the age of 90. Hélène was predeceased by her husband Verney and son Alphonse. Loving mother of Ron, Rita (John Monette), Jean-Guy (Louise), Roland (Lorey), Lorraine (Joe Hewitt), and Verney Jr. Beloved Memère of 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Daughter of Eximaire and Louisa (née Frappier) Plante both predeceased and predeceased by her 7 sisters and 2 brothers. Hélène had a long wonderful life and was a corner-stone of a sweet, loving, remarkable family. She will be missed and never forgotten. The family wish to extend their eternal thanks to the entire staff at Riverview Gardens for their good love and kindness. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent St., at Hazel St., Sudbury on Tuesday from 2-5; 7-9pm. Funeral Mass at St. Marc’s Church, Markstay on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2019 at 11am. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
