In Loving Memory Of Eva Brubacher (nee Becker) 104 years Peacefully, Thursday, July 13th, 2017 at Pioneer Manor. Wife of Albert Brubacher, predeceased. Loving mother of Jean Kaufman (Art) both predeceased, Douglas (Angeles) both predeceased, and Roger (Lorraine). Cherished grandmother of Bonnie, Donald, Dennis (predeceased), Mary Grace, John, Craig, and Nathan, and great grandchildren Chris, Shaun (predeceased), Bethany, Jessica, Amanda, Natalie, Michel, Zachary, Samuel, Annalise, Brooklyn, and Adelyn and great great grandchildren Kaitlin, Keegan, Brooklyn, Weston. Dear daughter of Noah and Minerva (Schmidt) Becker both predeceased. Dear sister of Sadie, Melvin, and Grace, all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and their families. Eva was born on a farm in the east end of Kitchener (Freeport area) on May 16th, 1913, the eldest of four children. She will be remembered for her great faith, strong hope in the resurrection, her courage in the face of adversity, and her determination. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. (Revelation 21:3-4; John 5:28-29). Interment in the Williamsburg Cemetery in Kitchener. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 28th, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3720 Hwy 69N, Hanmer, at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
