In Loving Memory of Karl Pischlar 87 years Friday, November 25th, 2016 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Loving father of Linda-Ann (Paul Maynard). Dear brother of James Pischlar (Lydia) and Ann Reis (Ed predeceased). Dear uncle of Mary Anne Hopkins (Doug), Brian Pischlar (Laila), Mason and Jesse (Mallory). Dear son of Paul and Magdalena (Baxa) Pischlar both predeceased. Karl was a successful and well respected business man. He was a longtime member of the Idywylde Golf and Country Club. He was an avid skier, teaching many others how to ski especially at the Onaping Ski Hill. He was a member of the Croatian Fraternal Union and St. Paul’s United Church. At Karl’s request there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation with interment in the family plot at Park Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A celebration of his life will be held at a later time. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
