In Loving Memory of Constance “Connie” Nancy (Poulton) Johnston 84 years Peacefully passed away on Friday, October 14th, 2016 at Pioneer Manor. Beloved wife of Ronald Johnston predeceased 2010. Loving mother of Randall (Carol), Debbie Morin (Jim), Katherine (Dennis) and Christopher (Christine). Cherished grandmother of Cory Steinberg (Ken), Mark Morin (Krystal), Ryan, Greig, Sharon, Rachael, Stephanie (Jody), Jake, Shoana and Ashton. Loving great-grandmother of Jacob, Grace, Kate, Akira, Maika, Nikki, Violet Constance, Adwin and Bodhi. Dear daughter of Stanley Poulton and Nina (Pelltier) predeceased. Dear sister of Valerie, Beverley (Jack) and Pat Bagshaw (Jim). Connie was a wonderful aunt to all of her nieces and nephews. Our loving mother was a beautiful and gentle soul, her number one job in life was taking care of her family. Mom was a great cook and always had a hot meal ready for all who visited, she was known for her friendly personality, love for children, many elephants and her beautiful smile. Connie was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. Sincere thank you to the staff and nurses at Pioneer Manor for their special care and compassion. A memorial service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3400 Regional Road 55 West, Whitefish, Ontario Saturday, October 29th, 2016 at 2:30 P.M. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
