In Loving Memory of Dorothy Louise Brash (Koski) (nee Dempsey) 93 years Peacefully, Sunday, August 28th, 2016 at Pioneer Manor, Sudbury with loving family at her side. Beloved wife of Taisto Koski (1975) and Charlie Brash (2012) both predeceased. Loving mother of Sharon predeceased (husband Vic Vitone), Barry Koski (Chris), Beverly Cruise and Debbie Koski. Cherished grandmother of Darryl (Cathy), Dianne (Wayne), Donna (Lee), Cairne (Joe), Terry (Willy), Kimberly (David), Stacey, Jamie (Jill) and 18 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by the Brash family and their children and grandchildren. Dear daughter of Thomas and Rose (Laderoute) Dempsey predeceased. Dear sister of Hector, George, Alfred, Ray, Henry, Eric, Edgar, Jack, Hannah, Loretta, Winnifred and Mildred all predeceased. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Dorothy will be remembered as the well loved and respected cook at the Copper Cliff Hospital for 17 years, retiring in 1975. The family expresses their appreciation to the Pioneer Manor Staff for their excellent care, compassion and friendship. At Dorothy’s request there will be no public funeral visitation or service. Private family funeral arrangements, cremation with interment in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
