It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Trevor Joseph Patrick Poland on January 5th, 2020. Trevor will be forever missed by his daughter Juney whom he loved so much. The loss is devastating to his parents, Andrea Hilton (husband Todd) and Patrick Poland, his brother and sister, Scott and Blaire Poland, his “favourite” nephew Nash and his grandmother Bruna Souliere. Trevor was a special son to and will be so deeply missed by Tom Fyfe and his wife Linda. He will be sadly missed by Carolyn and Stephanie Fyfe. Trevor’s leaves behind his best -friend Leah Shebeski whom he adored. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Trevor ‘s death leaves a void in our lives that will not be filled. We will remember him loving his time at camp around the campfire with his guitar. We will remember him snowboarding and skiing with such passion. We will remember him golfing impatiently but loving it anyway. We will remember him calling home for that recipe that he just had to cook, then boasting about his skills in the kitchen. We will remember that mischievous little boy that was so smart and so talented at public speaking. We will remember how deeply he felt everything… Our prayer now is that Trevor has found peace and that he is resting easily. A private funeral mass was held for Trevor on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at St. Stanislaus Church in Copper Cliff. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ranger’s Cremation and Burial Services Ltd.
