Dumont, Rita

Born February 26, 1953 in Barrie, Ontario Rita passed away in Sudbury after a lengthy illness on Monday, October 14, 2019 at the age of 66 years. Predeceased by her parents Hector and Doria (nee Dusome) Dumont. Loving sister of Shirley Corriveau (Cameron), both deceased, James Dumont (Diane), David Dumont (Jeannette), Cecile, predeceased, Kenneth, predeceased, Steve, predeceased and Stella Dumont (Gilles). The family would like to thank Dr. Schneider, Dr. Theriault, Dr. Sauvé and her primary caregiver Nurse Suzette for the professional and compassionate care received. As per Rita’s wishes a private family funeral will be held at a future date. Donations may be made directly to the Northern Cancer Foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
