Lacelle, Alice (Smith)

Alice Lacelle (née Smith), 75 years, of Chelmsford passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019 peacefully surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of 50 years to René Lacelle. Cherished and adored mother of Richard “Rick” Lacelle. Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Margaret (née Valliere) Smith. Dear sister to Marlene (Gaston) Montpellier, Ronald (Gisèle) Smith, Donald (Lucille) Smith. She will be deeply missed by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Whatever curve life threw at her, she always had a smile for everyone. Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews will treasure her memory in their hearts. To all the friends, families and caregivers, your support was much appreciated. At Alice's request there will be no visitation or service. Donations may be made directly to Maison McCulloch Hospice.
