In Loving Memory of Blanche Marie Eva Nevins (née Cyr) It is with deep sorrow that the family announces her passing at the amazing age of 94 on Tuesday, October 1st, 2019 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved wife of John Ivan Nevins (predeceased). Cherished Mom of Joan and mother-in-law of Al (predeceased). Loving Grandma of Tisha (Joe) and Brandy (Jeff). Beloved Great Grandma of Alexandra and Justin (Zoe). Dear Great-Great-Grandma of Jayce, Carter, Auvrey, and Violet. Daughter of Nalpha and Herminoza Cyr (predeceased) and sibling of Liette, Albertine, Therese, Jeanne D’arc, Cecile, and Rene (predeceased). Survived by her brother Arthur and many nieces and nephews and their families. Dearest friend of Lorry (Roger) and childhood friend of Yolande. Blanche had great joy when being surrounded by her family and friends. She held deep pride and love for her strong and devoted daughter, who was always by her side, especially through her toughest and most difficult times. She was a selfless and independent woman who was always concerned more about all those she loved, more than herself. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Funeral Service in the R. J. Barnard Chapel Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch Street, Sudbury Friday, October 4th, 2019 at 11:30am. (Friends may call after 10:30am Friday).
