Pitre, A. Gilles

The family announces with sorrow his passing at Health Sciences North on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 at the age of 82 years. Son of the late Adolph and the late Louisa (née Brunet) Pitre. Loving father of Mark Pitre of Sudbury. Predeceased by his siblings Madeleine Bazinet (late Romeo), Rosa Proulx, Lucille Giroux (late Fernand), Jean-Louis (Simone), Rhéal (Cathy), Adrien (late Rose), Adrienne Lauzon (late Gerry), Marcel (Jeannine) and Normand (late Fleurette). Cherished grandfather of Stevie Gervais (Yan) and Cole Pitre. Great-grandfather to Eric and Benjamin Gervais. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all staff at Health Sciences North who showed Gilles kindness and provided loving care and compassion over the last year and a half as well as in his final days.
