Walma, A. Barbara (Boyd)

On September 27th, 2019 Barb passed away peacefully with her husband of 58 years, Taede Walma by her side. Daughter of the late Carl Boyd and Margaret Boyd (nee Brown). Loving mother of Goldie Walma (Daniel Sneyd), Carl Walma (Louise) and Sonja Mathiasen (Jim). Grammie to Micheal Walma (Tasha), Seija and Arly Mathiasen and Jantien Sneyd (Cameron Robertson). Great Grammie to Anissa Walma. She will be fondly remembered by many as Grammie because she was a Grammie for anyone who needed one. Beloved Sister to David Boyd (Carol Dionne) and Janice Duck (Jim, predeceased). She will be lovingly remembered by her many Brothers and Sisters-in-law, Nieces and Nephews, extended Family and Friends. The Onaping Falls Lions Club will be hosting a Celebration of Life on November 2nd, 2019 at the Dowling Lions Den: 27 Sturgeon Street, Dowling Ontario, from 1pm to 4pm. Internment and Celebration of Life will be held in her hometown of Orillia in the spring of 2020. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Onaping Falls Lions Club or a charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated.
