In Loving Memory of Philip Andrew Izzard 80 years Peacefully on Thursday, July 11th, 2019 at the Maison McCulloch Hospice surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Janet (Golledge). Loving father of Nicola, Michael, and Louise Omotosho (Robert Shetlor). Cherished grandfather of Jordan. Dear son of William and Violet Izzard both predeceased. Dear brother of Margaret Standen (Keith Braithwaite) and predeceased by Denzil (Cynthia) and June Brett (Peter). Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Philip was born and raised in England where he met Janet and they were married. They moved to Sudbury to raise their family and he worked as Chief Fire Inspector at INCO Ltd. He enjoyed fishing but most of all loved woodworking and would often be found in his workshop. A celebration of his life will be held at the Lougheed Funeral Home Hanmer/Capreol Chapel, 4605 Michelle Dr., Hanmer on Monday, July 15th, 2019 after 1pm with words of remembrance at 2:30pm and followed by a reception. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
