Lanteigne, Lucille (Gosselin)

The family announces with great sadness, her passing in Sudbury, Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the age of 87 years. Wife of the late Valier Lanteigne. Daughter of the late Joseph and the late Yvonne (née St-Père) Gosselin. Loving mother of Colette Lanteigne of Vancouver, Gilles (Rita), Claire Tremblay (David) both of Sudbury and Monique Laferrière (Wade) of Ottawa. Dear sister of Carmen Haggard (late Clinton “Red”) of Sudbury, Alice Shaw (late Nelson “Buck”) of Wahnapitae and Hubert (Sharon) of Coniston. Predeceased by her siblings Remi (late Ellen), Roland (Ella of Garson), Gabriel (Claudette of Coniston) and Robert. Cherished grandmother of Cortney (Jon), Jordan (Tara), Danielle (Jake), Mathiew (Adam) and great-grandmother of Gianna, Nico, Jack and Abbigail. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the staff on the 6th floor at Extendicare York for the wonderful care shown towards mom. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Wednesday, July 3, 2019 after 9:30 a.m. A funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Donations (by cheque only) to Extendicare York would be appreciated.
