The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Chelmsford Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Rachel (née Chartrand) Chevrier. Son of the late Arcade and the late Germaine (née Brosseau) Chevrier. Loving father of Marc (Sandra Rooney) and Kimberley Copetti (John). Dear brother of Theresa, Roma, Andy, Gaston and Yvon. Predeceased by his brother Maurice and by his sister Rolande. Cherished grandfather of Daniel, Andrew, Dominik, Christopher, Alexander and Desirae. Great-grandfather to Dauntae. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Marcel was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman and enjoyed snowmobiling and golfing. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
