It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of James Roy Hibbard Jr. on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the age of 80. Jim passed away surrounded by his family, leaving behind his loving wife Gail, his kids Bryan, Edward (Ishbel), Johnny, Lucille (Lewis) and Tina (Marc). Predeceased by his sons Jimmy and Arden. Jim will also be greatly missed by his stepchildren Robin (Eric), Tracy (Rob), predeceased by Paul (Jenilee) and Paula (Rob). He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Sophia, Mariah, Kiefer, Holly, Arden, Jennifer, Lindsay, Jamie, George, Chad, Robyn, Kayden, Evan, Gracie, Ella, Gage, Amber, Tanner, Margaret Anne and Emma, his siblings Janet, Marjorie (Mike), Margaret (Arnold), Raymond (Brenda) Norman (Shirley), predeceased by Norma. Jim was an avid outdoorsman and loved to fish as well as hunt. He worked hard all of his life and held many titles; operator, foreman, superintendent, hoisting engineer mobile crane/tower crane operator, class A-Z, entrepreneur. Let’s just say if it had a motor, he could run it and most likely fix it! He was a self-taught man who had integrity and perseverance. We know he will be missed by his extended family and many friends. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Canadian Wildlife Federation would be greatly appreciated. .
