It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Todd Bigelow, with family by his side, on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the Maison McCulloch Hospice at the age of 58 years. Born on May 21, 1961 in Kirkland Lake, ON he was the son of the late Gordon Bigelow and Shirley Welsh (nee Smith). Beloved husband and best friend to Tama (Tami) Bigelow (nee Muncaster). Cherished father to Lauren and Logann. Loving brother to Gary and Barry. Todd will be missed and remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, his four-legged fur babies Wilson and Yuma and his special group of buddies “The Chain Gang”. He worked as a Production Supervisor for Glencore for many years. Todd enjoyed motocross riding, metal detecting, building and flying model airplanes, camping, canoeing, riding his Razor with his 4-legged buddy Wilson by his side, and spending time in his garage working on anything with a motor. He will be remembered for his interests in history, unsolved mysteries, his love for animals, and when his children were younger, he was passionate about volunteering at their elementary school. Todd was a wonderful family man who loved spending time with his 3 girls. His family will remember him as never being too busy to hang out with his many nieces and nephews; he was always happy to play with their toys! Truly a big kid at heart. In lieu of flowers, donation in his name can be made directly to the Maison McCulloch Hospice in Sudbury. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ranger’s Cremation and Burial Services Ltd. A celebration of life for Todd will be held at a later date. Online condolences can be posted at www.RangersSudbury.com
