Martin, Anita (Van Goethem)

In Loving Memory of Anita Martin (nee Van Goethem) 81 years Peacefully Saturday, May 4th, 2019 at Health Sciences North with loving family at her side. Beloved wife of Richard Martin predeceased 2005. Loving mother of Gary (wife Laura), Tim (wife Natalie), Brian (Kara), and Linda Smania and mother in law to Stephen Smania. Cherished grandmother of Chris, Stephanie, Alex, Alena, Janessa, and Bennett. Dear daughter of Franz and Madeleine (Janssens) Van Goethem, both predeceased. Anita was devoted to her loving family, and she was happiest when in their company. She will be well-remembered by her good friends at the Southwind Residence. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice or Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch Street, Sudbury (Friends may call 2-5; 7-9pm Wednesday and after 10am Thursday). Funeral Service in the R. J.
