It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Blaine Rivais on March 10th, 2019. Blaine passed peacefully surrounded by the people most important to him. Blaine is survived by his son Joel Brunet (Shawna), dear friend and mother of his son Roxanne Brunet, mother Geri Rivais, his brother Randy Rivais (Bernie), his sister Nancy Parcher (Dave), brother-n-law Kim Conrad and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Pit Rivais and his sister Lynn Conrad. Blaine loved the outdoors whether he was hunting, fishing, enjoying a shore lunch or just driving the boat while listening to his country music. Being such a great conversationalist and devoted family man, Blaine will be missed by his family and circle of friends at the “White House”. Because he was a kind and generous person, Blaine asks that donations be made to the charity of your choice if so desired. A celebration of life will be held at the Colonial Inn, 28 Cedar Street, Coniston on Saturday, March 16th, 2019 where friends may gather from 12-3pm. The family would also like to thank the hospital staff and paramedics for their heartfelt assistance they gave to Blaine. (Arrangements entrusted to Sudbury Park Lawn Cremation Services)
