It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Barbara Gayle Garceau, 76 years, on Thursday March 7, 2019 at the Maison McCulloch Hospice with her loving family by her side. ""She has left an imprint in everyone’s hearts, a life that touches others goes on forever.” Daughter of Bernadette Chevrier (Joncas) and Wilfred Pakkala predeceased. Beloved wife and best friend to Marcel Garceau predeceased. Amazing mother to Laura (Denis) and Christine. Cherished Nannie to Carrie-Lynn (David), Devon, Adryanna, Jayna and Brandon. Great Nannie to Ivy and Oliver. She will be greatly missed by her sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. She will forever be in our hearts. Special thank you to Dr Cano, Dr. Falk and their wonderful staff for all the compassionate care given to our mother. Also a big thank you to her home care nurse, Christina. In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to the Maison McCulloch Hospice. There will be a service on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 3 pm for friends and family to gather, at the Kingdom Hall, 3400 Greater Sudbury Regional Road 55 Naughton, Ontario.
