Perrin, Béatrice (Chartrand)

In Loving Memory of Béatrice Perrin (nee Chartrand) “A life that touches others goes on forever”…. Surrounded by much love, our mom gently passed away on Tuesday February 26th, 2019, having recently celebrated her 91st birthday. As she told us, Mom was happy to go “home”; that is, to go and find Tom, the love of her life and her cherished son, Marc. She devoted her life to raising her family of 8 children in their home on Madeleine Street. Later on in years, she came to be known as the “Chocolate Lady” at Laura Secord and “Mme Perrin, Mme aux galettes”. As the longest resident of Meadowbrook Village in Lively, she was their Matriarch. “You don’t choose your family they are God’s gift to you as you are to them.”- Desmond Tutu Memorial visitation at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch St. Sudbury (Friends may call from 2-4pm and 7-9pm Monday) Funeral Mass will be held at St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church (Kathleen St. at Notre Dame Ave.) Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 at 10:30 am In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated.
