It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Hearley Hinds, 79 years, on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Health Sciences North. Beloved husband and best friend of 58 years to Margo. Forever loved by his children; Haven (Toni), Kevin (Helen), Colleen (Ralph) and Shaun (Shannon). Sadly missed by his many grandchildren; Megan, Tyler, Calvin, Sarah, Nolan, Katrina, Ashley, Cullen and Adam. He will be fondly remembered by his siblings Gerald (Elsie), Cecil (predeceased) (Helen), Donny (predeceased) (Elizabeth), Charlie (Bonnie), Alan (Vicky) and Iona (predeceased) (John). Hearley considered both Sudbury and Manitoulin Island his home as he would spend many days at Stanley Park on Lake Mindemoya and at his Deer Camp in Spring Bay. Following a career as Service Manager with Laurentian Chrysler, Hearley retired to spend his time volunteering with the Nickel Belt Snow Spirits snowmobile club. He will be remembered for his love of the outdoors as an avid fisherman and hunter, never to pass up a snowmobile, fishing or hunting trip with his many close friends and family. Always being at the forefront when work needed to be done, either cutting firewood, working around the camp or brushing trails. In keeping with Hearley's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will take place at a later date. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association in Hearley’s memory would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Ranger’s Cremation and Burial Services Ltd.
