In Loving Memory of David Cormack, 79 years who passed away peacefully at the Maison McCulloch Hospice, Sudbury on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen Cormack (nee Ready). Loving father of Deborah McIntyre (Scott) of North Bay and Kim MacLellan (predeceased) (Mike) of Ottawa. Proud Papa of Tyler, Kelsey, Owen, Brianna and Bryce. Born in Sudbury, he was the son of the late Jim and Anne (nee Mulloy). Dear brother of Jim Cormack (predeceased), Pat Cormack of Sudbury and Bonnie Young of Guelph. Sadly missed by his extended family, Theresa Condon (Walter), Colleen Mulligan (Gary-Predeceased), Jack Ready, Francis Ready (Predeceased) (Helen) all of Sudbury. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, close friends Jerry Falcioni and family, Derek and Lise Laakso, and Ken and Sharon MacLellan. We are eternally grateful to all the staff and volunteers at Maison McCulloch Hospice for their care and compassion. We would also like to especially thank the team of Bayshore nurses, in particular Tracy Sutherland for providing outstanding home care as well as extending our gratitude to Dr. Falk’s office for their excellent care and support. In keeping with David’s wishes there will be no visitation or services. A Celebration of David’s Life will be held at a later date in the Spring.
