In Loving Memory of Claude Roger Degagne 84 years Passed away on Friday, December 14th, 2018 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Virginia (nee Matte) Degagne predeceased in 2000. Loving father of Ron Degagne (Christine), Paul Degagne (Betty) and Mike Degagne Cherished grandfather of Christopher. Dear son of Arthur and Rhea (nee Gagné) Degagne both predeceased. Dear brother of Robert, Eugene, Marcel (all predeceased), and Richard, Andre, and Guy. Claude was a hard-working, dedicated family man who was employed as a mason at the Vale (Inco) Copper Cliff Smelter. He enjoyed gardening, landscaping in his backyard, and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 76). A private family service will be held at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
