Bélanger, J. Adjutor

The family announces with sorrow his death at Pioneer Manor, Friday, December 7th, 2018, four months short of his 100th Birthday. Son of the late Felix and the late Nellie (née Lafrenière) Belanger. He is finally reunited with his beloved Mary (predeceased 2010) who was the center of his world. Loving father of Madeleine Gehlert (Bob) of Tofield, AB, Gilles (Miriam) of Midland, Michel (Patricia) of Sudbury and Pierre (Delena) of Thorold. Dear brother of Frederik (Claire), Felicia (Robert) and Joseph (Shirley) all predeceased. Sadly missed by his grandchildren: Roxanne (Robin), Eric (Pamela), Jennifer (Glenn), Mark (Heather) and Mary Lynn (Yves) and his great-grandchildren: Stephanie, Christopher, Emma, Carman, Naomi, Camden, Taylor, Madden and Hadleigh who kept him feeling young. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, relatives and friends. Adj worked his entire career at INCO as a senior carpenter and served his country for four years during World War II. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
