Wawia, C. Joseph 'Joey'

It is with sorrow the family would like to announce the passing of our beloved son, brother and uncle, Joseph (Joey) Wawia on Monday, December 3rd in Sudbury at the age of 37. Beloved son of Nancy J Wawia and Dennis T Wawia (pre-deceased). Loving brother to Nancy (Mike), Ted (Marie), Sophia (Derrick pre-deceased) and Dennis (Jenn). Much loved uncle and storyteller to Dalton, Zack, Kristian, Dennis James, Robert, Sam, Santana, Braeden, Wesley and Sage. Because every family is unique - just like Joey, he will also be greatly missed by his mom Debbie Wawia and his brothers Christopher, Cody and Jonathan. The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, December 8th from 2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street in Sudbury followed by a service in the R. J. Barnard Chapel at 5:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations to the Reseau ACCESS Network (ACCESS AIDS) in Joey's name would be appreciated by the family.
