It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dearest Jessica Lynn, on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the age of 27years. Beloved wife of Justin Nykilchuk and fur mom to Marley. Dearly loved daughter of Peter and Debbie Digby, sister to Joshua. Cherished granddaughter of Helena and Wilfred Digby (both predeceased) and Carol Manley. Loving daughter-in-law of Katie Nykilchuk and Andrew Blair (Joan), and sister-in-law of Jessica Blair Nykilchuk. She was loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins and friends. Jessica was larger than life. By nature, her smile, laughter and passion were felt by all of those around her. A dedicated Registered Nurse, who shared a happy life as wifey to Justin and dog mom to Marley. An outdoor enthusiast, Jess was sauna obsessed and always up for the next adventure. A big protective sister always bossing Joshua around and made sure he followed her directions for his happiness in life, whether he liked it or not. Noochie to Deb and Pete, so proud of our courageous, badass daughter. What mattered most to Jessica were the simple things; true love, family and friends (fur and other). She loved nothing more than a cold beer, a good tune and her two boys. Jessica was a fierce warrior, who fought many months of illness. She passed peacefully with a full heart, surrounded by the love of her family and friends. Many thanks to the caring staff of the I.C.U. at Health Sciences North and Toronto Western. Jess was always the life of the party; the world is quieter without her. A Celebration of Jessica’s Life will be held at Bryston’s on the Park, 5 Creighton Road, Copper Cliff on Friday, November 9, 2018. Family and friends are welcome from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Donations in Jessica’s memory can be made directly to the Ontario SPCA, Sudbury and District Animal Centre (www. sudbury.ontariospca.ca) will be greatly appreciated.
