The family announces with great sorrow his sudden death in Toronto, Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at the age of 67 years. Husband of the late Denise (née Lachance) Lavallée. Loving son of Alma Lavallée (née St-Onge) of Chelmsford and the late Maurice Lavallée. Beloved father of Lynn Kennedy (Jason) of Azilda, Louise Lavallée and Natalie Lavallée (Joey Byrnes) both of Chelmsford. Dear brother of René (Suzanne) of Blezard Valley, Diane Lachance (Jean “Joe”) of Val Caron, Ron (Audrey) of Dowling and Yvon of Chelmsford. Cherished grandfather of Rebecca, Kaylee (Nathan), Tiana, Dallas and Braxton. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, family and friends. Marcel was an avid bowler and golfer. He was also passionate about hockey; especially the Montreal Canadians and the Sudbury Wolves and was happiest when surrounded by his family and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 RR 15, Chelmsford, Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. at St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford.
