In loving memory of Edgar Joseph Brideau who passed away on Friday, June 22nd, 2018 at the West Nipissing Hospital at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Pauline Laforge predeceased 2007. Suddenly, our hero was called away. He will be missed by his dear friend and companion Henriette Gervais of Verner. He was a man that impacted many lives. He didn't worry about yesterday, he didn't worry about tomorrow, he lived life to the fullest. Edgar is survived by his five children, Catherine Brideau, Linda Brideau, Nancy Brideau, William (Bill) Brideau, Tammy Brideau (Paul). Fondly remembered by his children’s mother Mabel Brideau. Grandchildren, Shawna Grosskleg (Nick), Kyle Mackinnon, Connor Mackinnon, Lukas Mackinnon, Olivya Brideau and Tilly Rose Brideau. Great Grandchild Hannah Rose Grosskleg. Surviving siblings, Agnes Perrin (Fern), Claire Marleau (Rene), Rita Beaudry (Marcel), Annette Barriault (Roger). Predeceased, Alphie Brideau, Yvette Landry, George Brideau, Gerard Brideau. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 25th, 2018 where friends may gather at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent Street, Sudbury from 7-9pm with words of remembrance at 8pm. If desired, donations to the Catherine Brideau Bursary would be greatly appreciated. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
