In loving memory of Gregory Warnock, who passed away peacefully on the 11th of June 2018 at Maison McCulloch Hospice surrounded by family. Greg is survived by his best friend and loving wife Theresa, his children Travis (Lyndsay) and Amy (Josiah), as well as his granddaughter, who he cherished above all others, Lucy. Greg was born to Floyd and Viola Warnock of Naughton, and was the youngest of five siblings, Karen, Darla (predeceased), Ken and Shelva. Greg was uncle to many nieces and nephews, Cheryl Ann, Paula, Todd, Rod, Tammy, Becky, Rachel, Vanessa, Jason, Allison and Devon. Being the youngest of five, Greg had opportunity to be great uncle to many great nieces and nephews. He had a tremendous passion for preaching the Lord’s Word and serving within various churches throughout his life. Greg was an avid outdoorsman, the ultimate handyman, a keen reader of Marvel Comics and Sci-fi, and had a natural talent for artistry and drawing, often drawing the heroes he grew up reading about. Greg had a tremendous love of dogs, an amazing wit and sense of humour, and was always happy, quick with a grin, often finding himself embroiled in some mischief. A special thanks to the staff and nurses of Maison McCulloch Hospice as well as the nursing staff of the Northeast Cancer Centre, who with utmost professionalism and kindness assisted the Warnock family through this turbulent time, and their generosity of spirit will not soon be forgotten. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27.
