Roy, V. Shirley (Seaman)

The family announces with great sorrow her passing on Friday, March 2, 2018 at her residence. Beloved wife of the late Roland J. Roy. Shirley was born and raised in Sudbury and was the daughter of the late William and Ida Seaman. Dear sister of Joanne (John Cram), Richard (Rita) Seamen, Rudy Seamen (predeceased), Gloria (Ron Maki). Loving mother of April Chamulak (Bob) (predeceased), Caren, Stuart, Shelley Treitz (Dave). Cherished grandmother of Randy, Brandy, Destiny, Ashley and great grandmother of Sebastien and Matthew. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Shirley enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening, swimming, walking, bird watching, and was an active member of St. Stephen's United Church. A Memorial Service in Shirley’s memory will be celebrated at St. Stephen's on the Hill United Church, 1248 Lauzon Ave, Sudbury Ontario P3A 3E1 on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Donations to the Canadian Hearing Society in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
