The family announces with sadness his passing in Azilda, Monday, February 12, 2018 at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Thérèse (née Trottier) Blais. Son of the late Eugène and the late Alma (née Leduc) Blais. Loving father of Carmen Minor (Robert) of Alberta, Joanne de Chevigny (Daniel) of Webbwood, Raymond Blais (Tammy) of Barrie, Michel Blais (Kerri-Anne) of Timmins, Cléo Blais of Alberta and Noella Wenstrom (Paul) of Wawa. Dear brother of Reginald, Cyril (Roxanne), Yoland (Lucille), Thérèse Beaudry (Ronald), Glorette Landry (Léo), Marie-Jeanne Rancourt (Johnny), Gérard (late Anne), Richard (Suzanne) and Normand (Suzanne). Predeceased by his brothers Hubert (Rita), Jean-Paul (Florine) and Edmond (Rose-May). Cherished grandfather of Daniel, Alain, Elaine, late Michelle, Tyler (Jacklyn), Natasha (Jesse), Josée, Constance, Daemon, Noah, Grace, Robert and great-grandfather to Zhenya, Mason, Emmy and Adalyn. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 R.R 15, Chelmsford, on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Ste-Agnès Church, Azilda.
