Dear David, Grant, Robbie and Paul (and families), it is with the heaviest of hearts that I, moments ago heard and read about your father's/brother's passing. I have so, so many special thoughts and memories of Bob that I will always cherish. I am grateful that our lives crossed decades ago and I had the opportunity to work for and get to know this wonderful man with a huge heart! I know he will be missed dearly. My very deepest condolences to the entire family. I just wish I had known earlier to have been able to attend the visitation and give my last respects to Bob.

Such a shock to review the Sudbury obituaries which I do periodically and note the loss of Bob and Marie. So many beautiful memories of the get togethers that the Fellbaum family enjoyed with our uncle George and aunt Rhea at their home and their camps on Panache. Many great memories of my cousin Bob over the many years. Always a man with a kind and encouraging word, filled with joy and panache no matter whether you met him at a social function or in a grocery store. A most enjoyable man who knew how to connect with people in a caring, supportive way. He will clearly be missed and he will most certainly continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. I know that I can confidently speak for my family members when I say thanks Bob, for who you were and what you gave to us all. Fellbaum Family

Sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I'm the tenant who lives in his sweet sister Marie's building and remember the times Bob and I would crose paths. We would joke everytime. I'm sure he and Marie are up to some kind of adventure.

David Grant Rob So very sorry to hear about your Dad. First thing springs to mind are the jokes. I can hear him and others laughing. Occasionally someone would say 'what'? That was his comedic genius. There are no bad jokes. The aim was to make others laugh or smile. Never mind he looked like 'Murray the Cop' on the TV show the Odd Couple. It gave his delivery an edge. What set his humor apart was that it was predicated on his observations on life. He shared these with me by the fire at Penage. He knew where the best porchetta sandwich could be found in town. We went a couple of times, took turn on the cheque. I believe it's his turn. 'What?' I learned by him. Again, I'm sorry for your loss. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to all the family. Knew Bob and Shirley from the apartment building. We only became friends after the last while, happy that we did. Nice people. I call it life in the fast lane.
