St. Louis, Denise

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Denise St. Louis at Pioneer Manor on Monday, January 1st, 2018 at the age of 78 years. Denise was born in 1939 to parents Laura (née Cyr) and Denis St. Louis (both predeceased). Loving sister of Murielle (late husband Bill Boivin) and Marthe (Denise). She will be greatly missed by her nieces Nicole Boivin Haynes (Cam), Julie Boivin Guimond (Gérard), Michèle Carrière (Patrique Sr.), Natalie Boivin Beaudette (Robert), Corinne Chénier (Giosue), Annick Chénier (Kuljit) and Andrée Chénier (Keith). She dearly cherished her great-nephews and great-nieces. Denise battled many adversities in her life. She was a great example of courage, joy and determination. She was part of the Jarrett Centre before coming to Pioneer Manor. Murielle and Marthe would like to thank the dedicated staff in Pine for their excellent care. A very special thank you to her friends Nicole and Brenda. Denise was loving, courageous, sociable and tenacious. These are the qualities that made Denise so special. Fille de Laura (née Cyr) et Denis St. Louis (les deux prédécédés). Chère soeur de Murielle (époux Bill Boivin prédécédé) et Marthe (Denise). Elle sera manquée par ses nièces Nicole Boivin Haynes (Cam), Julie Boivin Guimond (Gérard), Michèle Carrière (Patrique Sr.), Natalie Boivin Beaudette (Robert), Corinne Chénier (Giosue), Annick Chénier (Kuljit) et Andrée Chénier (Keith). Elle adorait ses petits neveux et petites nièces. Denise a surmonté plusieurs adversités mais elle a vécu une vie examplaire de joie et détermination. Elle fut partie de la famille du Centre Jarrett jusqu’ à sa demeure au Manoir des Pionniers. Murielle et Marthe remercions les excellents soins du personnel à Pine. Un remerciement special à ses amies Nicole et Brenda. Nous n’oublierons jamais son courage, sa sociabilité, sa ténacité et son esprit admirable.
