The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Monday, December 25th, 2017 at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband of Marielle Sauvé (née Rodrigue). Son of the late Claude and the late Noella Sauvé (née Faubert) . Loving father of Robert (Ingrid), Jacques (Debbie), Michel (Maggie), Mona (Marcel) and Lise (Sylvain). Dear brother of Jean Noël (Marianne) Sauvé, Claudette (Bob) Moir, Raymond (Denise) Sauvé. Predeceased by his siblings Cécile (late Dick) Ruff and Tony Sauvé (Dolorèse) . Grandfather of Alan, Natalie, Layne, Jan, Patrick, Mathieu and Eric and great grandfather of Zoë, Naomie, Mikie, Tanner and Tyler. Sam will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Arsene gave a lot of his time to his community, was a fourth degree Knights of Columbus, worked for over 20 years as a tax accountant and enjoyed helping his clients. Thank you to all of the staff on the 8th floor of Health Sciences North who took special care of Sam. Thank you to Dr. Brabant for all her attention. A special thank you to the Dialysis staff on the 9th floor, who provided such great care and kindness. The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday December 29th, 2017 from 6-9:30 p.m. at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Chelmsford. A Mass of Christian Burial to take place Saturday December 30th, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford. Donations to St-Gabriel Villa can be made by cheque only.
