In Loving Memory of Bernice (O’Hare) O’Connor 92 years Thursday, November 2nd, 2017, at Extendicare York, Sudbury. Beloved wife of Jerome “Jerry” O’Connor predeceased 2009. Loving mother of Patrick, Colleen (Peter St. Jean), Joan (Jim Erb), Michael predeceased, Sean (Jean), Kathleen Spitzig (Les Anderson), Kelly-Anne (Ken Moore), Maureen Cullen (Bob Gull), Erin (Sandy), and Tim (Paula). Dear mother in law of Helene predeceased. Cherished grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Edward and Florence O’Hare both predeceased. Dear sister of Ethel Hickey, Peter, predeceased by Alma Chisholm and Bertha. Bernice lived her faith every day, a “soldier for the Lord”. She was always active in the church and a Life Member of the CWL. She was a gifted writer, serviced with the local paper providing “News Around Town”, and always enjoyed writing and reading poetry. She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted and caring mother. Funeral Visitation in the Lougheed Funeral Home 252 Regent Street at Hazel Street, Sudbury (Friends may call 2-5; 7-9pm Sunday only). Funeral Mass in St. Bartholomew’s Church Levack Monday, November 6th, 2017 at 11am. Interment in the Maplecrest Cemetery, Dowling. Donations to the St. Bartholomew’s Building Fund would be appreciated.
