It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Saturday, September 16, 2017 with his family by his side at Health Sciences North at the age of 75. Predeceased by his parents Leo and Stasia (nee Paquette) Olivier. Beloved husband of 53 years to Georgette (nee Servant) Olivier. Loving father of Carol Chaput (Roger) and Chanda Cresswell (Jamie). Cherished “Pépère” of Corey, Kennedy and Mathieu and great Pépère to Sylus. Predeceased by his brother D’Arcy (late Margaret). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. “Finally he will get that one fish that got away.” The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Wednesday, September 20th, 2017 after 10:30 a.m. followed by a service in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Donations can be made by cheque or online to the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer (NOFCC). www.coopetivefuneralhome.ca
