A lifelong worker who served tirelessly on earth has been called to rest in heaven. Robert Santo D’Aloisio, 85, of Sudbury Ontario, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 4th, 2017. Bob is survived by his beloved wife Jean (Cavallin) of 58 years. Loving father of Mary-Louise (Paul) Rasiulis, Paula (Curtis) Sorgini, David (Cristina) D’Aloisio, Gina (Joe) Barberio, Paul (Jill) D’Aloisio, John (Angela) D’Aloisio. Foster daughter Molly (Jim) Prociuk. Dear Nonno of Theresa, Paula Rasiulis; Alana, John, Rebecca, David Sorgini; Jonah D’Aloisio; Jordan, Jesse Barberio; Christina (Joey) Vaillancourt, Jake, Laura D’Aloisio; Anthony, Gillian, and Abby D’Aloisio. “Buono-Nonno” of Ellie and Noah Vaillancourt. Brother of Dr. Joseph (Connie) D’Aloisio, and Margaret (the late Dr. Elio Ricci) and Brother-in-law of Norman (the late Elda) Cavallin and Edward (the late Linda) Cavallin. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was a very driven tireless man dedicated to his family, profession, and fitness. He will be sadly missed by all of us and remain in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Maison McCulloch Hospice or Our Lady of Hope Building Fund. Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home 252 Regent Street at Hazel Street, Sudbury (Friends may call 2-5; 7-9pm Friday, with parish prayers at 3pm Friday). Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Hope Church 591 Brennan Road, Sudbury Saturday, September 16th, 2017 at 10:30am. Interment in the family plot at the Park Lawn Cemetery.
