The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Richard Gratton on Saturday, September 9th, 2017 at Health Sciences North at the age of 76. Beloved husband and best friend for 52 years of Grace (Bradley) Gratton of Azilda. Predeceased by his father Joseph Gratton and mother Jeanne (Roy) Gratton. Loving brother of Joanne Gervais (Bert) and Marie Gingras (Michel) both of Chelmsford, Rose-Mai Delinelle (Gilles) and Madeleine Brochu (Yvon) both of Ottawa, Paul-Emile Gratton (Norma) of Squamish, B.C. and Joseph Gratton Jr. (Suzanne) of Windsor. Beloved son-in-law- of Edgar and Berthe (Brunet) Bradley both predeceased. Brother-in-law to Roland Bradley and Lucien Bradley (Renée) all predeceased, Rene Bradley (Françoise) of Chelmsford, Angus Bradley (Aline), Andre Bradley (Suzanne) of Azilda and Diane Coté (André) of Rockland. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and 2 godchildren Nathalie Gingras and Richard Bradley Jr. At Richard’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of his life at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chelmsford at a later date.
