In Loving Memory of Bruno “Nap” Frattini, 90 years, who passed away Saturday, August 26th, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Villa, Sudbury. Bruno was born in Copper Cliff on August 10th, 1927. Beloved husband of Flora (Miglioranza) predeceased 2015. Loving father of Christine Garrioch (Dr. Greg Garrioch) of Sudbury, Allan Frattini (Brenda) of Elliot Lake, and Darren Frattini (Lori Ann) of Sudbury. Much loved Nono of Colin Garrioch (Krista), Amanda Garrioch, Andrea Frattini, Hannah and Lia Frattini, and Bis-Nono of Scarlett. The youngest of six children, Bruno is predeceased by his siblings; Jean Sarkans (John), Louisa Canapini (Reno), Olga Gemin (Mario), Mary Lugli (Guerrino) and Corrado “Pro” Frattini (Helen). Bruno worked at INCO for 33 years in both the mill and the crushing plant. He was a life-long member of the Italian Club in Copper Cliff. He was happiest with his family around the dinner table. In his retirement years, he liked to putter in the yard and sit on the front porch to greet and talk to neighbours passing by. Bruno and Flora both loved all kinds of music. Together they were wonderful dance partners and imparted this love of music and dance to their children. A heartfelt thanks to Bruno’s caregivers, nurses and staff in the Gardenway neighbourhood at St. Joseph’s Villa. Funeral Mass will be held in St. Patrick’s Church, 39 Walford Road, Sudbury, on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017, at 10am. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Church following the Mass. Donations to the St. Joseph’s Villa would be appreciated.
