In Loving Memory of James “Jim” Eddy 84 years Sunday, August 20th, 2017 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Anne Eddy (nee Rewega). Loving father of Jim Eddy (wife Wendy), Catherine Eddy (husband Jim McKerlie), John Eddy (wife Shelley), David Eddy (wife Anita) and Bruce Eddy (partner Randy Hirt). Cherished grandfather of James Eddy (Kristin Butcher), Tina Lafortune (David), Robert Eddy (Vanessa Taylor), Jillian Eddy, Daniel Eddy, Laura Eddy, Rachel Eddy, Joy Hirt-Eddy, Makayla Hirt-Eddy, Zac Hirt-Eddy and great grandchildren Noah Lafortune, Claire Lafortune and Harriet Eddy. Dear son of James Eddy and Elizabeth (nee Cannon) Eddy and step father Alex Duguay all predeceased. Dear brother of Esther Pitura (Stan predeceased), Muriel Hudyma predeceased (Nick), Ruby Rakochy predeceased, Judy Cameron (Frank), William Eddy predeceased, Nelson Eddy predeceased (Caroline) and Richard Duguay predeceased (Diane). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Memorial visitation at the Lougheed Funeral Home 252 Regent St., at Hazel St. Thursday, August 24th, 2017 from 5-8pm with words of remembrance at 8pm. Cremation with entombment at the Civic Cemetery Mausoleum. Donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated.
