Kleimola, Hilkka (Ylihakola)

In loving memory of Hilkka Kleimola (nee Ylihakola) who passed away on Sunday, July 16th, 2017 at Health Sciences North at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Kalle Kleimola for 64 years. Loving mother of Anne Young, Harry and Henry (Janey). Cherished mummu of Erik Young, Shawn Young and Krista Young (Clint Griffin) and great mummu of Addison Young and Woodrow Griffin. Dear sister of Seppo, Anneli (Esko) Punkkinen and special aunt to Anne Punkkinen (Mark) and Kari Punkkinen (Erin). Predeceased by her parents Vaino and Martta Ylihakola. Hilkka was very active within the Finnish community and participated in the Finnish Drama Club. She was an excellent homemaker and a great cook; she also loved to bake, knit, and sew. Hilkka was happiest when surrounded by her family. She will be sadly missed by many friends and family. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation.
