In loving memory of Georges Emery Aubertin who passed away suddenly in Sudbury on Saturday, June 24th, 2017 with his loving partner Judy Moland by his side. He’ll be remembered for his sense of humour, generosity of spirit, friendliness and helpfulness to all. His kindness and love extended not only to people but to animals as well. Georges worked 31 years at various mines for Falconbridge and was known to everyone as “Chicken Georges”. He was a loving step-father and role model to Stephen Moland. Georges was an active member of his community and will be missed by many. Georges is survived by his spouse Judy, his step-son Stephen and his loving pet dog Whiskey. He will also be missed by his daughter Pauline and his sons Danny and Miguel and their families. Dear brother to Jeannine and loving uncle to several nieces and nephews. Georges was born in Sturgeon Falls on August 23rd, 1940 to parents Stella and Emery Aubertin, both predeceased. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no public visitation or service. Cremation at Lakeview Crematorium. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the S.P.C.A., in his memory, would be greatly appreciated by his family.
