Bergeron, Ernest 'Junior'

It is with great sadness that the family of Ernest Bergeron announces his peaceful passing, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of 60 years to Réjeanne Bergeron (née Joly). Loving father of Carole Rancourt (Dan), Dan Bergeron (Francine) and Jamie Bergeron (Nathalie). Cherished grandfather of Tracy (Shane), Shawn (Carly), Tyler, Laura, Jessie and Anne. Dear brother of Henri “Hank” (Georgette). Predeceased by his mother and best friend Marguerite “Margo” and by his sister Jeanne Ranger (late Bill). Junior will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Ernie retired from Ontario Hydro after 40 years of service. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping with his family at Agnew Lake. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. followed by a service in the Chapel.
