In Loving Memory of Mary Beatrice “Betty” Rome (nee Muirhead) 88 years Passed away on Thursday, January 5th, 2017 at Health Sciences North Beloved wife of Wilbert Rome (predeceased 2011). Loving mother of Marlene Rome of Barrie and Carol Anne Caswell (predeceased 2003). Cherished grandmother of William Rome of Dubai, UAE, John Caswell (Shanti) of Mount Albert, Mary Catherine Caswell of Barrie, Robert Caswell (Gina), of New Market, Ian Cameron (Leah) of Michigan and her great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Robert & Ann Muirhead and her siblings. Survived by her brothers Dale Muirhead of Sudbury and John Southern (Betty) of Oshawa and her son-in-law Gerald Caswell (Judy), along with her many nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by her many friends in Sudbury, Ontario. At this time there will be no visitation or service. A remembrance of life ceremony will be held at a later date in Killarney. Cremation at the Park Lawn. Donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home.
