In Gracious Memory of Valdemars “Walter” Sukurs 89 years Passed away suddenly on November 29th, 2016 following a pedestrian accident in Chelmsford, Ontario. Beloved husband of the late Winnifred “Penny” Moreau predeceased. Dear father of Wayne (wife Carole), Willis Ann St. Jean (predeceased), Doris Jeanne “D.J.” Willis and Patsy St. Jean (and children Krystale & Justin). He was a grandfather and great grandfather. There will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken. Friends are invited to attend the interment at Park Lawn Cemetery (379 Horobin Street, Sudbury) on Tuesday, June 20th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. where he will be buried alongside his wife. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home.
